General Terms and Conditions

Please read these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) carefully, as by using our website and services, you accept the terms described herein.

• Provider: BacklineIT, operating the website and providing services.
• Client: Any natural or legal person using the Provider's services.
• Website: The internet interface available under the backlineit.hu domain.
• Service: Software development, consulting, and other IT services available through the website.

3. Subject and Creation of Contract

These GTC cover all electronic commerce services provided by the Provider. The contract is created by implied conduct (registration on the website, placing an order).

4. Using Services

The Provider offers services detailed on the website (e.g., web development, scripts, system administration). Exact content, pricing, and deadlines are in individual quotes or webshop product descriptions.

5. Payment Terms

The Client can settle the fees via:

• Credit Card: Via SimplePay or Stripe system.
• Bank Transfer: Based on a pro forma invoice or invoice issued by the Provider.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Clients qualifying as consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without justification according to Gov. Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).

Loss of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content

FIGYELEM: For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. software, script downloads), the consumer loses their right of withdrawal if the Provider began performance with the consumer's express prior consent, and the consumer acknowledged losing their right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

Legal Warranty

In case of defective performance by the Provider, the Client can assert a legal warranty claim according to the Civil Code.

Product Warranty

In case of a defect in a movable item (product), the Client can assert a legal warranty or product warranty claim.

Guarantee

In case of defective performance, the Provider is obliged to provide a guarantee if required by law or voluntarily undertaken.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The entire content of the website constitutes the intellectual property of the Provider and is protected by copyright.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider does its best for the smooth operation of the website but is not liable for damages resulting from internet network errors, technical outages, or force majeure events.

10. Complaint Handling

The Client can report complaints regarding the service at hello@backlineit.hu.

11. Closing Provisions

Issues not regulated in these GTC are governed by Hungarian laws.
